The process:
- Approached directly by PHMG recruitment team (phone call);
- First interview with a Senior Manager by phone;
- Second stage, face-to-face interview, by a Senior Manager a Senior Architect;
- Final feedback given.
From the first phone call, PHMG sounded very professional and approachable. I was put at ease throughout the process and always felt the interviewers tried to get the best out of me.
The face-to-face interview was long (3 hours straight), perhaps due to the delicate nature of the role itself. The interview consisted on talking and understanding what I knew, what the role was and how well (or not) we could match. At least at this stage there were no written tests.
Despite not being offered the job, PHMG took the time to call me and give feedback. The reasons given were sensible and overall I felt this is a professional place, with genuine people and with a lot of opportunities for the future.
