Interview
The manager discussed job responsibilities and asked standard interview questions. They asked me some basic cocktail recipes. Also, discussed my previous experience behind the bar. They talked about the company culture and the type of atmosphere they have.
The interview was a run of the mill interview. How would I describe my ideal working environment, what kind of drinks I know how to make etc. Not a very difficult interview.
It was a very laid back interview style with pretty simple straightforward questions about food industry experiences. It felt more like a conversation to me than an interview which I really liked.
