Applied online with cv and cover letter, interviewed online with two analysts. Both interviews were fairly technical, with a strong focus on the boutique culture and on testing if the candidate would be a good fit for the company
Quite technical, they asked a lot of restructuring questions. Make sure you prepare for those. I had 3 interviews: one behavioural, one technical, and one basically a personality check with one of the MDs

First round was phone screening. Relatively easy. Next round was simple interview with mix of behavioral and technical. Super day was the hardest. Technical questions included financial statement but also scenario based questions which were hard.
