The first part was an offline assessment (numerical, comprehension, etc). The second stage was an awkward in-person interview, asking questions about my background and the type of projects I lead. Throughout the interview, the interviewer was underestimating the size of the projects I did compared to what they require. On the other hand, he over-emphasized adherence to compliance with their processes to the letter as the main factor of success for an employee (to the level I lost interest in imagining my life as a constant compliance check).
