There were 2 people in the interview. Within the first minute the older gentleman apparently thought I was a waste of time and made up some excuse to leave as I did not have “leasing experience” for trailers. However I have substantial experience in the industry and the learning curve is not insurmountable to warrant that response. The other person was in HR and was gracious with her due diligence to learn about my skills and knowledge. I’m the end I did not get a second interview but it was certainly off-putting to have been dismissed so quickly.
