1- I send my cv with my friend's recommendation. then got a call after two days to schedule the interview. 2- i headed to the company's location on time, then the interviewer who is one of the managers or the program manager itself will set you in a room and explain the interview process. 3- basically, you will be given an exam for 3 hours, then the interviewer will come at the end and discuss with you your answers. Then asking you some behavioral questions and will test your English skills by small conversation. 4- if the interviewer see you are fit for the position, most probably would give you the offer in the same time.
