They normally do not have an actual hiring process for developers, prefering to have a thir party outsource their projects. They simply state their needs and you go from there. They require an ample skill set for developers, since some of their applications are decades old. You will be in the need of having to know VB6, PHP, VB.NET and DevExpress.
