I am not one to post negative reviews, but I just wanted to warn others. I think this is the WORST interview I've ever been on in 30 yrs of interviewing! The phone screen was with a very nice guy who I believe is consulting for them. He passed me through to meet face to face with the owner of company. The owner was conducting interviews in the open seating area when you first walk in, and when I came in, he was still with another candidate. It was a bit awkward, as I'm walking by and the other candidate is staring at me. Owner leads me to the break room and leaves me sitting there for 35 minutes past my scheduled time presumably while still talking to other candidate. When he finally comes to get me, he never introduces himself or shakes my hands, just walks in front of me, leads me to the same reception area and tells me to have a seat WHILE HE GOES TO WRITE AN EMAIL. He returns 5 mins later and we begin to discuss my experience for about 2 minutes when a guy walks up with a report and just starts talking. Doesn't apologize for interrupting, just starts talking to the owner about an issue. Owner talks to him for a few minutes and then tells me he needs to make a phone call. He calls, the person doesn't answer and he leaves a message. We start to talk again and ANOTHER employee comes up to discuss a project. Owner excuses himself and goes to give the guy direction on the project. Comes back, and starts to talk to me and THE PHONE RINGS. It's his previous caller returning his call. So he takes the call and discusses the issue, but also discusses non business things too(like how that person's family member was doing etc). We finally were able to talk for about 3 minutes(I'm not kidding) regarding my skills. Then he gave me a silly math word problem about how many people it would take to load trucks given certain conditions. We then discussed something completely off topic for about 5 minutes and he sent me on my way. I had read some of the former employee reviews here about how he is a micro manager, and boy, they sure were right! He takes that title to a whole new level. Only MY professionalism kept me from getting up and walking out of that interview. I have never had someone so blatantly disregard my time, and if it is that way during an interview, imagine what it is like to work there. Thank goodness, they didn't call me back! Stay far, far away from this place.
