      Interview

I interviewed with this company a while back and had to go through three rounds of interviews. Throughout the process, I repeatedly followed up for updates and was consistently told that leadership’s schedules were busy and that a decision was forthcoming. Unfortunately, the process dragged on for months without any clear communication or closure. What made the experience especially frustrating was the lack of respect for candidates’ time. Job seekers are making important career and financial decisions, and being left in limbo for months creates unnecessary stress and false hope. I would have much preferred a direct rejection than being continuously strung along without a definitive answer. To make matters worse, the position continued to be reposted while candidates were still waiting for updates. My advice to the company is simple: communicate clearly and be direct with candidates. Even a rejection delivered promptly is far more professional than leaving applicants waiting indefinitely.
