      Chemical Loader Interview

      Aug 9, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PSC Group in Jul 2016

      Interview

Contact was frequent and informative. Initial phone call was a general conversation regarding my job experience, career aspirations, and a few vague scenarios to react to. Next contact was a remote video interview, one on one with the recruiter. Soon after, an invitation for an in-person interview was emailed. Next interview was at the plant applied for, by a panel including the direct supervisor, recruiter, and others. All were very friendly, answered every question without hesitation, and made me feel very comfortable despite the inherent pressure of a panel interview. The entire experience was enjoyable and I walked out feeling as though I nailed the interview.
