The interview process was lovely. I had the first round interview with a person from the HR department and was invited for a second interview with my respective country's country manager and principal clinical research associate as well as the region's clinical operations director.

I recently had a phone interview that left a positive impression. Despite the remote format, the interview was conducted in a friendly and engaging manner, focusing on important aspects. The interview began with a warm and welcoming tone. The interviewers introduced themselves courteously, making me feel comfortable over the phone. The core of the interview centered on motivation-related questions. I had the opportunity to discuss my genuine interest in the position, share my understanding of the company's culture and accomplishments, and express my professional passions. Additionally, I was able to provide a relevant example of an accomplishment that showcased my skills and problem-solving abilities.

Quick reaction from their side, less than 24 hours from my application submission they contacted me via email to schedule an interview. First time having an interview with Bulgarian speakers and not foreign recruiters. The interview was less than an hour and it was over the phone.
