I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PSSPL (Gurgaon, Haryana)

Interview process will take atleast 30 days...the HR of PSSPL is very arrogant and he has no sense how to behave with people. And if u reject the offer by any reason HR will start blackmailing you like will speak to your current employer how u can deny to join us. So allover they behave very unprofessionally.
