This was the worst interview process ever. Don’t work for this MLM. Interviewer was racist and not engaged. Questions were generic doesn’t look for skill. Terrible company. Bad recruiters. No reason to join.

3 rounds of interviews with 2nd round including a problem that we had 30 minutes to look over and then walk through with the hiring team, lots of feedback during the process.
two phone interviews, decent response time between interviews. did not go further after the second round but it was a fine experience. seems like a good culture, would potentially apply to other positions in the future
