3 rounds interview.
1. Interview #1 with HR, checking availability, ballpark salary, interest and match to the job requirements.
2. Interview with department head, to check technical skillset, capabilities and domain knowledge. This was trickiest, as the interviewer knew her stuff, and had high expectations on answers.
3. Final round interview with C level representative. This was to check chemistry and get a feel of the vision and requirements of the role in the long term.
All 3 were don't expertly from Pyco side - very efficient interview process. At the end of the day I got the job, and spent a very happy time with this company.
