Easy, but somewhat different. You get a call from the recuiter, and then an in person interview with the CEO. Tom is a truly remarkable guy. I wasn't offered a position and he explained why which I really respected, but he does plant a seed in you with two books to help you grow personally. I look forward to reading his books.
