I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pacific Advisors (Irvine, CA) in Sep 2017
Interview
Pretty straightforward, I believe there are 3 interview process. The first process is sitting down for a brief presentation. The second process is where they contact you and talk to you face to face, and lastly, the third interview is where you're probably going to be hired.
It was enjoyable, very light but to the point. The interview process took about two weeks, but it seemed like a seemingness transition throughout the entire thing. Preparation is always key, but there's no need to overthink their process.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pacific Advisors (Newport Beach, CA) in Sep 2018
Interview
It was multiple parts. It started with a phone interview, then moved to in person. If you make it passed that, there is either a webex or another in person to sign documents and other things that are needed. It wasn't a long process but just multiple parts.
