First interview to see if you qualify, second interview has decision maker involved- if they offer you a tour of the building, they want to hire you. they will pump you up about the training program ( overstated) the earning potential (another very misleading diatribe) the necessity to be able to be on the road 4 times per year( never left the office, senior management stated after being hired, "we don't want our people on the road".
