Pacific Dream Photography interview questions

Skype interviews. The interviews where done by the owners. They were friendly and make you feel comfortable. The is a lot of situational questions on how to deal with specific problems and how to resolve them. There were also some questions about my personality.

Initially the interview was over the phone and of course, after I bit, I hopped on the plane to Hawaii with everything for a face to face. The face to face was cool, just from a girl that knew nothing about photography - but was the manager in charge of the single desk in the lobby.
