Interview
There are 6 rounds for the post of Course Managing Editor:
1.Essay Writing
2.Making a web page according to the design given by the HR(HTML and CSS)
3.Making a course on any trending programming language
4. HR
5.LM- Interview with project manager where some technical questions are asked.
6.SM-Interview with Senior Manger(Very disheartening process )
I cleared all the technical rounds ans the discussion with the team lead of the department.But when it was the time of the result ,the SM rejected me as he felt I may not like this job over a period of time or I may quit the job in case of a better opportunity that may come in the future , despite the fact that I had cleared all the rounds which took 3 days to complete .
The company just gives you hope after clearing each round and give you silliest possible reason for not clearing it.
At least they must have kept the SM round so as to filter candidates rather than keeping the technical rounds at first by giving unnecessary hopes.

Interview
This is a complete new role as per June 2017.
-The assessment process consisted of all the general aptitude, letter writing and content writing.
-The second round was online round which checked your basic web design skills.
-The third round was also an online test where you will be told to design an online course index for any subject.
-The fourth round is the HR interview. Very basic questions asked here.
-The fifth round was the line manager interview where he will ask some technical and some tricky questions. Being clear and confident is key here. You will most likely be selected based on this round.
-The sixth round will be the general manager interview who will ask you all the HR questions. It's very simple and it's like a final product check.
