Interview process was short. Sent in my CV via Jobs.ie and was called for an interview within a few days. Just one face-to-face interview with another member of the admin staff, who I later found out had only been working for the company for one week. I imagine the rush to hire staff is due to the high volume of employees who leave the company. There really was not much to it.
