Interview
The team contacted me after I submitted my resume on LinkedIn. They reached out via email and then worked to set up a call. We had a teams call and I chatted 1:1 with the hiring manager. It was very casual and not super intimidating.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions were straightforward - they asked about my background, my experience, where I lived (they have an in-office policy), and my salary expectations.

Interview
2 interviews - they went with someone else but didn't tell me until 2 weeks later.
During the 2 weeks I had sent a follow up thank you email to HR for the initial interview (no response), I sent a follow up email to my 2nd interviewers (no response), I called HR for an update (no answer, no response), then I sent one final email to HR with a more direct question of "has the position been filled?"
I finally received a response after the last email, and the response didn't even come from the woman in HR, it came from the generic Padilla account, which was the "we went with someone else" email. So yeah, not a really great interviewing experience.

Interview
Two phone interviews then an in person meeting with other account executives. This included a screening before speaking with anyone at the company as well. I thought that after going through the first two interviews that I was a top candidate, but they made it seem like that was not the case in my rejection email.
