Managers can be pretty awkward, very nice though. I only talked to the assistant manager at the time, he talked to the manager while I was still there and was hired right then. This was many years ago though.

Easy interview process, first interview with a shift lead or assistant manager, second one is with the general manager. Questions are centered on experience with food and food prep. After that, they follow up fairly quickly with an offer and start date for orientation.

I went in filled out an application, had a brief interview (15 minutes or so), they scheduled me for a follow up with their GM. He hired me after that interview which was a couple days later. He offered me the job then and there.

They just ask general questions to see of you have common sense and a good work ethic.
