PalTech visited our campus as a part of our campus recruitment program offering a CTC of 7 LPA(direct joining). The first 6 months are for training and 2 years commitment is mandatory. The team is super talkitive and approachable. There were four rounds in total
1) Apptitude Round :- This was a basic apptitude round. Questions Were So basic. Clock problems, speed problems, worker problems etc.
2) DSA Round (paper pen test) :- There were 4 questions given (one after the other). Eliminated if your arent going to solve the problem in given time. The questions asked are basic - medium level(not too hard). Basic Sliding window, and sorting question.
3) Technical Interview :- The part were they try to test your core concepts. Questions on All the skills that you have mentioned in your resume. There were two persons in the cabin and the two are throwing questions at me.
4) HR Round :- It was again a basic round. Like they asked me about myself and Why I choose PalTech.
Overall I think the interview part is a bit hard for me and I advice you to prepare for interview (be perfect with your resume skills and projects). I am gonna include questions below.
