1. The first process in to meet the HR who called for the interview and fill-up all the required information (application form)
2. HR ushered me to the interview room. Two interviewers, operation director and engineering manager, were present.
3. We set-up 3 chairs in the middle of the office (no tables involved).
4. The interview style was partially - formal. The interview process is more of a discussion rather then Q&A, but still maintaining the essence of me providing the answers and them assessing my replies.
