First interview was via a video call with the UK. That seemed ok and was conducted by the Global Marketing Manager and the International Sales Manager. The response came about a week later and a second interview was organised with the owner who came out to Australia for a face to face interview. Interview was on and very laid back but the main issue with the process is that the final decision wasn’t made for another month. Very poorly and unprofessionally executed from my point of view and even if I would have been offered the job I wouldn’t have taken it after that process.
