Panther Printing interview questions

Answered an ad for a general position, was called back and interviewed the next day. They did run a backround check/credit check (I have a service that will flag that) Then the interesting part, the "owner" has scheuduled an appt for 10:30. Waited for 20 min after filling our a job application. Obviously some type of test etc. Also there were 2 other people interviewing same time. Just like the title implies, this is a printing company (not a publisher as stated in the ad.). Equipment was on the old side, the work that this position entails is more customer service than design, the work (all print work) was pretty much all business cards, post cards (tier 3 type stuff). Took a quick look at my portfolio -- disinterested reaction. Walked me around the floor of the plant, made me an offer.
