There were two online test, one of general skills and one psychometric. After that there was an interview with an HR member and a supervisor of the production department that ask some general question about the job field.

There was an HR and Engineer and they briefly explained the job. I was then asked information about myself. I was told the role has a lot of physical work, as in carrying objects around and loading and unloading the machine.
