You have to apply in person first of all and its best if you show up in professional attire. You interview first with a floor manager and they'll ask you things like why you want to work there and where you see yourself in the future and how working there will help you achieve that l and then after that initial interview they will let you know on whether or not you should come in for the second interview with the store manager. The second interview is pretty much the same as the first.
