The hiring process for the Scrum Master position was excellent. It involved three steps: an initial interview with HR, a technical interview, and a final interview that also touched on technical aspects related to the role. Everyone involved created a safe and welcoming environment and asked challenging, thought-provoking questions. In the end, I received an offer, which I gladly accepted.
