The interview was conducted via Teams with 2 senior members of staff, one who would become my Line Manager and the other being her Manager. The interview was extremely relaxed and pleasant and when I wasn't sure of an answer there was no pressure to answer right away. Both interviewers were friendly and even discussed personal anecdotes to help relieve any stress from the interview. Great experience!
