2-3 phones calls and one in-person interview. You meet the 3 person management team in NY. All three of them
have to like you to get the position. In my case, 2/3 of them wanted me and the last guy did not so it didn’t work out.

Easy process, talked to three staff, all ask why you want the job and why recruitment and it was easy so youll be fine. They are desperate for associates and have a high turnover of employees

I had the interview on the phone. They asked me for 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses. They have also asked me to explain my background, my values and my motivations. They were kind and it was more of a discussion.
