Very quick nothing to worry about. I had a phone interview and after they saw my resume they didn't really drill me about m qualifications. The recruiter was cool and she really helped me to secure the job and all the information I needed to start.

Interview was a phone call asking questions about your interest in substitute teaching, as well as your relevant experience, if you have any concerns about the job, if you have any experience teaching special education, etc.

I had a 15 minute phone call, and at the end of the call I got the job! Very easy interviewing process. It was basic questions on how to work with students, how would you handle difficult siutations, etc.
