The interview was very short. Less than 5 minutes. I was escorted to a conference room to wait. The C.O.O. came in and introduced himself. He then left to go grab my resume; and apparently read it for the first time. He asked a couple of questions, I asked a couple of questions and told him I was looking for an opportunity with a good company. He told me most photographers make 13.00-15.00 per hour working there, but with a "heavy route you can make much more". He told me one of his photographers made 5000.00 the previous month. After being hired, talking to other employees, and doing the math on base and commission wages, I realized this was a complete lie. Based on a 1200.00 a month base and 15% commission, one would have to shoot 100+ cars per day to make 5000.00; which is impossible. Typical day is 30 cars to shoot; give or take. After confirming with me I was O.K. with the salary, I was told I would be contacted with details about training.
