The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paramount (Santa Monica, CA) in Sep 2011
Interview
I submitted my application, received a file via email from HR to fill out about a week later, then about a week later the interview process started. I received a phone interview from an HR intern, and a few days after that, a phone call from my department supervisor about coming in for an interview. The interview was held in a conference room with a panel of employees but was not intimidating; everyone is very friendly and helpful. Be confident, give a firm handshake, and be professional yet friendly and relatable- MTV is not stuffy! Dress stylishly, business casual.

Interview
The process was quite disorganised. After the HR people were passing the quid via email about who would interview me and putting me in the middle of it all, I finally got a call from one of the HR people. This call was given by a member of the team from Spain, although the job was in France, which was quite disturbing and made me question my application. The interview was conducted in English and lasted 30-40 minutes. The questions were about my previous experiences, why I had applied for this job, why this field, did I know and watch some of the channels I was going to work on, what did I know about Paramount. The questions were easy and HR was friendly, but her strong Spanish accent made it difficult to understand some of the points. After that, it was radio silence. I was supposed to get an answer by the end of the week or the beginning of the next week but I never heard back. Not even to decline my application, which is a pity for a group of this reputation.

Surprisingly easy interview process. 2 phone interviews, one with human resources and another with the ad sales team. Advice, just be confident and prepared. Also, ask questions!
