Really disorganized process. It's no wonder they cannot attract or keep top talent.
The recruiter set up time for an initial call. 5 minutes before the scheduled time they abruptly canceled our call and promised to follow up. Haven't followed up since. It's been 3 weeks since the first cancelation. I've followed up. 0 responses. Just plain rude and messy.

En varias rondas me entrevisté con diferentes empleados del departamento y me preguntaron sobre mi experiencia profesional y también sobre mis habilidades y cómo podía aplicarlas al puesto, porque era un puesto muy específico y era complicado tener esa experiencia. Se centraban mucho en la resolución de problemas y en la flexibilidad para enfrentarme a situaciones nuevas.
