I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Paramount (Santa Monica, CA) in Nov 2013
Interview
HR contacted me by phone. The phone interview was brief and was meant only to setup an in person interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager wasn't unfriendly (per se) but she & her subordinate both seemed pretentious. I got the impression that their mind was already made up before I even walked into the room.

Question 1
How do you think working in TV differs from working in other areas of entertainment?
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Paramount in Jul 2009
Interview
Initial interview was with HR, who conducts the screening process before you move on to the next level of interviewing within the actual department. Questions were generally focused on the big picture, and were standard questions of why you wanted to work withing that company, why you were leaving your current employer. Once that process is completed, you move onto the second round, where another screening process is conducted via phone before moving onto in-person interview. One thing realized is that for an Internet-based company, things are still done rather traditionally, in terms of methods of public relations.
