I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Paramount (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Jan 2019
Interview
I was reached out to by a recruiter for this position. Within 48 hours, I was already in for my first in-person interview. The interview went well and felt more like a conversation more than anything about my career outlook and how I could grow with CBSi. And best of all, the person I interviewed with made me feel like I was already part of the family! I got to tour the place and even got to meet the team I would be working closely with! Feels like an environment where everyone genuinely gets along. The rest of the paperwork process went smooth, it was mostly online and took about four weeks. Everyone from top to bottom communicated very well.
I applied online. I interviewed at Paramount (New York, NY)
Interview
I had a lovely experience! They asked thoughtful questions and we had a great conversation. I also did not feel rushed or like my time would run out. They were able to give me timeline of when to expect to hear about the next steps.
The interview process was 5 weeks long and started two weeks after submitting my resume and cover letter. One initial interview with Talent Acquisition Department, then with hiring managers, before the last interview with SVP and CD.
First round was just video interview with myself. There were a lot of questions but they gave you three minutes after asking to think of your answer which was nice.
