I applied online. ( Jan 2021 ) Got an email that they want a phone interview very fast.
However, after that the interviewer late for the interview. Did short reschedule. She sounded very much liked my background and told me I will get back from them for the next interview. But I didn't hear anything and emailed them whats going to happen, they just ended up ghosting me. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.
Phone call, fairly standard questions. Began with a cold call based on resume in their system from a previous Paramount application, led to an introductory session. Fairly flexible interview hours.

Interview
I got a recruiter call, talked with the hiring manager, and had a technical interview with seniors. Just an hour each. I had a positive vibe from the team I interviewed so I accepted the offer.
