Interview
The process was very straightforward and hearing back was rather quick compared to other companies. There was a phone screening and then two rounds of interviews thereafter. Mostly behavioral and was a great experience connecting with hiring managers/ recruiter!

Can you tell me about a challenge you faced and what steps you took to tackle it.
I applied for the program. After applying I received an interview update. I was interviewed with general questions before being taken to interview with the hiring manager. It was a pleasant experience
The interview process was very smooth and each of the interviewers I spoke to were friendly and encouraging. I had a great experience and would highly recommend applying for Paramount's internships.
