Simple process; 3 rounds of interviews: first was HR screen, then 2 rounds with someone on the team and an exec. Mostly behavioral questions. Make sure to demonstrate your interest in the entertainment industry and why you're interested in Paramount specifically.

Why are you interested in the entertainment industry?
I applied for the program. After applying I received an interview update. I was interviewed with general questions before being taken to interview with the hiring manager. It was a pleasant experience
The interview process was very smooth and each of the interviewers I spoke to were friendly and encouraging. I had a great experience and would highly recommend applying for Paramount's internships.
