Interview
For their Summer General Intern interview, a lot of the questions were behavioral and straight to the point. There were no curve balls at all and most of the questions can be answered using the CAR or STAR format.

The Paramount internship interview went really well, and I felt like it was a great conversation overall. I really enjoyed getting to learn more about the role and sharing more about my background and interest in sports production.

Interview
There was one AI text-based interview, a phone screening with a recruiter over a month later, then a Zoom call with the hiring manager. I got the results a week after meeting with the hiring manager.
The first call will be with a recruiter; they'll go over which team you'll be joining. Second is a panel interview with the rest of the staff at the location.
