Interview
It was a very easy and open interview. They asked me about what experience I had with dementia care as they are a dementia care facility. They asked questions that pertained to the position and things like why I wanted the position. They were very nice. I just wish they would have given a tour of the facility so that I was not so lost on my first day.
You fill out paperwork that details your work history, you get Covid tested and show them that you've been vaccinated, and you speak with the activities director and her assistant. You go there again another day tofill out company paperwork another day.
