Interview
I was contacted by one of the directors for an in-person interview fairly quickly. She was kind, sharp, and accommodating (I don't have access to a vehicle so she found us a local venue). I came prepared with my personal history, narratives of my caregiving and disciplinary style, and lots of questions about the agency.

Question 1
I was given an online training/test to gauge my disciplinary and problem-solving style, and also with basic safety questions. There were lots of questions that I considered to be about morally gray-areas, or practices that have changed fairly recently. I was definitely nervous, especially since I feel that everyone has their own style that informs how they handle certain situations. Most questions asked for common-sense answers.
