A very engaging assessment process. Had to stand and give our name, greatest achievement and a role model. Then divided into groups for 2 team exercises and a presentation thereafter. The second stage was a presentation in front of a panel and a 1-1 interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pareto (London, England) in Jul 2017
Interview
A woman in Wilmslow found my CV online and invited me for a telephone interview - Fairly general questions (What motivates you? Why sales? Strengths/Weaknesses, etc.) Then she invites you to an assessment day in either London or Wilmslow which takes about 6 hours and consists of various team building exercises to test your leadership potential/team work, giving a 3 presentation on 'why you suit a sales role', and a meet and greet/networking opportunity with other applicants. You are assessed throughout, and once the day has finished, applicants find out whether they are through or not. Those that have made it through are then put onto a database where Pareto employees can put successful applicants forward for interviews with other companies.
Seems a bit of a waste of time to be honest, the interview offers I have received since have not been great and Pareto is simply a lengthy middle man which slows the job hunt up!
