Got a phonecall from them after I submitted a CV through Indeed. Worryingly, they were asking very basic questions about myself that were all mentioned clearly in my CV. Then very abruptly the call handler told me they would have to terminate the interview because they didn't think I was the right fit. Utterly bizarre since they had my CV and called me very excitedly saying they thought they had several positions that I would be very well suited to. Quite a cruel method of building someone's expectations only to unexpectedly dash them a few minutes later. Call handler seemed immature and incompetent, and also oddly bitter when I told her I graduated from University of Edinburgh - she told me she had applied there and got rejected "because she was English". Interview was terminated shortly after I mentioned my place of study.
