I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pareto (Northampton, England) in Jan 2023
Interview
Although the interview process was nerve racking (as all are) my graduate manager from Pareto (Tom Rushworth) was absolutely brilliant. His patience and understanding of the situation, twinned with his brilliant ability to section the process into more manageable chunks, really made all the difference in securing my role. Without his help and support I believe I would not have got the job.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Pareto (Northampton, England) in Jun 2018
Interview
1. Phone Screen
The interview process began with a phone screening where i was asked to detail my previous work experience, education and any other relevant achievements. I was also asked to describe why i feel i can be successful in sales, and what sort of salary i would like to earn. The phone interview was very relaxed and the consultant i spoke with was very professional. After successfully completing the phone interview i was invited to attend an assessment centre just six days later. I was very impressed with the speed of the interview process.
2. Assessment Centre
The assessment centre was held at a very nice hotel in the Northampton area where lunch and refreshments were provided for all candidates. The day consisted of a number of activities, including a candidate self-introduction, Q and A session, two problem-solving activities in groups, an individual presentation and a one-to-one interview. Each activity was very enjoyable as it gave me the opportunity to show off my true personality and varied skillset to the recruiters.
The assessment centre was very well organised, beginning at 10am and finishing around 4pm. Every member of the assessment team from Pareto Law was very professional, enthusiastic and helpful throughout the entire day. Overall it was a very rewarding experience and one i would highly recommend to anyone.
