The initial phone interview process was quite normal and took about 20 minutes. During my in person interview they also asked some pretty standard questions, however some of the questions were repeated from the previous interview. They were both friendly interviews but they said they would keep in contact with me about the position and failed to do so, I contacted them on two separate occasions and got a response the first time. With the first email I received an email back stating that they had not made any decisions yet and would contact me next week, after a week I sent another email to check in and didn't get a response.
