      Lead Developer/Project Manager Interview

      I interviewed at Parisleaf

      Interview

You'll be contacted by email, to receive your resume. If your resume makes it past the first cut, you'll be invited for a face-to-face interview. In my experience with Parisleaf, soft skills are as much if not more important than hard skills. Meaning, Parisleaf has turned down excellent web developers and designers because their communication skills, attitude or professionalism just didn't match up with the standards and open, funny, good-natured vibe in the office. It's important that you highlight your abilities and experience, but don't be so rigidly bent on impressing your hiring team that you neglect to be real, warm, genuine and open about your life and who you are.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Who are you really? (Chad loves to ask this question. It either makes people so uncomfortable that they sound like they don't know, or it reveals those who are willing to be unguarded and real. Hint - Parisleaf hires the unguarded, real people.)
