      I interviewed at Parloa

      Interview

The HR screening lasted about 30 minutes and moved through the questions very quickly, it felt more like a rapid checklist exercise than a genuine conversation. I left the interview feeling that the discussion was quite transactional rather than conversational, and the overall experience felt rushed. As a result, I did not leave with a positive first impression of the company. I understand that HR screenings are often structured and time-limited. However, as this is usually a candidate's first interaction with a company, I believe the interview experience plays an important role in shaping candidates' impressions.
