Interview
If you apply to the job you get it. It's very simple and light. Just dress presentable, maybe some slacks and a nice button down. It's more of a business casual dress attire. An owner will ask you some questions then take you on a walkthrough of the building. In the walk through, if the managers are there, you will be introduced to the managers. At the end they will give you some shirts (Take the sleeveless shirts, it gets too hot for sleeves).
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Party Time Plus (Billings, MT) in Jul 2010

The interview process is very simple. Come in presentable and with a good attitude. They want people that are energetic and willing to work hard. Be ready to do allot of lifting, work long hours and working multiple days in a row. This job is not for everyone, but if you want a great tan and good co-workers, this is the job for you.
